I have not had success getting realtors to help with cash buyers info. I have been told it is illegal for anyone not a realtor to buy/sell real estate. This is the response I get when I mention wholesaling. I also need an attorney who understands wholesaling. Can you suggest what I should say to them?


There are a lot of Realtors who are stuck in the cut and dry world of home buyers and home sellers being the only two people involved in a transaction aside from the Realtor. Most Realtors only know what they have been taught in their class before they became a Realtor, and anything that deviates from that is either "illegal" or "impossible". They know that wholesaling is perfectly legal as long as you have a property under contract, you're not misrepresenting who you are or what you do, and you act as a principal in the transaction not a broker.

Just talk to some of the successful investors and ask them who they use for Realtors, Attorneys, or any other person you need to add to your team in your local area.
