What do I do if the attorney didn't set my entity up correctly?

Contact the attorney asap to get any errors corrected. It usually isn't the fault of the attorney, but the state agency that regulates the entities. The attorney should be able to get errors fixed without additional costs if it was something they made a mistake on or if the state agency made a mistake. If it turns out you made a mistake, you may have to pay an additional fee to get it corrected.
